About
I’m a user experience and product designer with over 15 years of experience crafting thoughtful, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences. Currently, I’m a Senior Product Designer at iCIMS, where I focus on UX research and design for talent acquisition technology—helping organizations build strong, winning teams through tools that are as usable as they are powerful.
My background includes leading design at major entertainment brands like Comedy Central and A&E Networks, where I directed UX and creative strategy across digital platforms. Across all of my roles, I’ve worked at the intersection of brand, function, and usability—bringing ideas to life through design systems, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
My mission as a UX designer is to create experiences that put people first. I believe design should not only be beautiful but also deeply functional and inclusive. I’m driven by curiosity, empathy, and a desire to solve meaningful problems. Whether I’m refining a design system or reimagining a user journey, my goal is to uncover insights, reduce friction, and deliver value—for users, teams, and businesses alike.
Design is not just what I do—it’s how I think. I approach every project with a mindset of iteration, improvement, and collaboration. And outside of work, I’m equally passionate about community advocacy in Brooklyn, where I volunteer and serve on the board of multiple community groups.
I believe that the best digital experiences are the ones you don’t have to think about—they just work. That’s the kind of design I strive to create every day.
