Project Overview:
This ongoing project involves leading the redesign of the candidate dashboard within iCIMS’ enterprise-level applicant tracking software. The goal is to create an intuitive, centralized interface that enables candidates to manage their job search with ease. The redesigned dashboard is intended to help users track applications, schedule interviews, manage communication preferences, update privacy settings, and complete onboarding tasks—all within a personalized, user-friendly experience. By focusing on usability, accessibility, and customization, the project aims to increase engagement and satisfaction throughout the candidate lifecycle.

Key Contributions:

  • User Research: Currently conducting extensive research to uncover key pain points and usability issues in the existing dashboard. These insights are guiding the design process and shaping a more seamless candidate experience.
  • UI/UX Design: Designing a clean, modern interface with clear navigation and a simplified workflow. Key features include status tracking, interview scheduling, and onboarding task management—optimized for responsiveness across devices.
  • Personalization Features: Implementing a personalized experience that allows candidates to manage preferences such as email subscriptions and privacy settings, giving them quick access to relevant updates and communication controls.
  • Interactive Scheduling: Integrating scheduling tools that enable candidates to book interviews directly through the dashboard, simplifying coordination and improving visibility into the process.
  • Onboarding Integration: Embedding onboarding steps within the same interface to support a smooth transition from application to employment.
  • Iterative Prototyping & Testing: Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to build high-fidelity prototypes, continuously testing with users, and refining the experience based on real-time feedback.
